1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. This promotion is a game of chance and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Blancco US LLC, 600 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, Massachusetts 01801, USA (“Sponsor”).

3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who submit a valid business email address.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on January 16 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on February 16 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.
5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, participants may enter in one of the following ways:
(a) Online Game Entry: During the Promotion Period, participants may enter by visiting the Permafrost Systems, Inc. campaign landing page and completing the interactive game by successfully answering all required questions related to data dispositioning. Upon successful completion, entrants must submit a valid business email address through the entry form provided.
(b) Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without completing the game, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Permafrost Systems, Inc. Entry.” The email must include your full name, business email address, company name, and phone number.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Entries generated by script, macro, or automated means will be void.
6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to a professional hockey game in the winner’s regional market (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $500 USD).
Specific game, date, and seat location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on availability and regional proximity.
Travel, accommodations, parking, meals, transportation, and any other expenses not specifically described as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about February 20, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email sent to the address provided at entry and must respond within five (5) business days to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, company affiliation, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, and statements regarding the Promotion for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries; technical failures; unauthorized intervention; or any injury or damage resulting from participation or use of the prize.
10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the prize and disclaims all implied warranties.
11. DISPUTES
All disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
