Ben has been an Analyst at FDM CCS Insight for two years. His research covers the full spectrum of devices from smartphones, laptops and wearables to semiconductors and next-generation AI devices. Alongside his work on CCS Insight’s Pulse quarterly tracking programme in circularity, he has recently authored reports on automation in the secondary market, the feasibility of device labelling and grading standards in the sector and changing device lifecycle models. Ben holds a BSc and MSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
